Oliver's Pet Supplies has been part of the Nanaimo community for over 20 years. We started as a small shop on the corner with a simple mission: stock the things real pet owners actually need, know our customers (and their pets) by name, and never sell anyone food we wouldn't feed our own animals.
We're located on the first floor of Brooks Landing Shopping Centre, and we deliver locally across Nanaimo. Whether you're feeding a goldendoodle, a guinea pig, a goldfish, or a gecko, we've got you covered.
Our team
We're a family-owned shop staffed by lifelong animal people. Most of us have multiple pets ourselves — some have flocks, prides, packs, herds, schools, and one very judgmental cat named Oliver.
What we believe
- Real ingredients. We stock food brands we've personally vetted, with no fillers and no marketing nonsense.
- Local first. Same-day local delivery across Nanaimo so you don't have to lug 25 lbs of kibble across town.
- Real humans. When you call us, a person answers. When you email, a person writes back.
- 30-day happy-pet returns. If your pet won't touch it, we'll take it back.
