These terms govern your use of oliverspet.ca and any purchase from Oliver's Pet Supplies. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Oliver's Pet Supplies is a family-owned pet retail business located at 2000 Island Hwy N #245, Nanaimo, BC V9S 5W3, Canada.

Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to not misuse the site (e.g., no scraping, hacking, or fraudulent purchases).

Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change without notice, though we honour prices at the time of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately, but slight variations in packaging, formulas, or photos may occur as manufacturers update their products.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and any other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments and others) — we never store your full credit card details.

Intellectual property

Our site content (logo, branding, copy, photos) is owned by Oliver's Pet Supplies or our suppliers. Don't reuse it commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oliver's Pet Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or site use. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Product advice disclaimer

We give product recommendations based on experience, but we are not veterinarians. For health, allergy, or medical concerns about your pet, please consult your vet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in BC courts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
