30-day happy-pet returns

If your pet won't touch it, won't sleep on it, or won't play with it, we'll take it back. No quiz, no guilt.

What we take back

• Unopened items in original packaging — full refund, no questions
• Opened food and treats your pet rejected — store credit or exchange
• Toys, beds, accessories — full refund within 30 days if in resellable condition

What we can't accept

• Items damaged by use (chewed, soiled, etc.)
• Prescription food and medications (vet/regulatory rules)
• Live animals — we don't sell them, so there's nothing to return

How to return something

The fastest way: bring it to the shop. Or call us and we'll arrange pickup on our next delivery run.
