How we get your order to you
Local delivery Nanaimo
We deliver across Nanaimo most days of the week. Orders placed before noon usually arrive same-day; orders later in the day arrive next-day.
- Free local delivery on orders over $75
- Flat fee for smaller orders (calculated at checkout)
- Same-day cutoff: 12:00 PM Pacific
Standard shipping Canada-wide
Most orders ship within 24 hours from our Brooks Landing store. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
In-store pickup
Free, always. Order online, we'll send a notification when it's ready, and swing by Brooks Landing to grab it. Usually ready within an hour during business hours.
Frozen and raw food
Frozen and raw products are local-delivery or in-store-pickup only. We don't ship them through carriers frozen food doesn't survive courier transit.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Local delivery orders get a text from us with an ETA.
Wrong address?
Email or call us within 1 hour of placing the order and we can usually update the address before fulfillment. After that, returns/reshipping policy applies.
