Do you deliver?

Yes — free local delivery across Nanaimo on orders over $75. Same-day for orders placed before noon, most days. See our shipping page for details.

Can I get advice on what to feed my pet?

Absolutely. Come by the shop, call us, or send a message through the contact form. We've got people who actually know food, not just people who shelve it.

Do you carry prescription food?

Yes, with a vet's prescription on file. Email or call ahead so we can confirm we stock the right brand.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes — in-store pickup is free and usually ready within an hour during business hours. You'll get a notification when it's ready.

What if my pet doesn't like the food I bought?

We'll exchange it or give you store credit. See our returns page.

Do you stock raw and frozen food?

Yes. Raw and frozen are local-delivery or in-store-pickup only — we don't ship them through carriers.
